Kotomine Kyrie, while teaching all religious aspects from around the world, tends to focus solely on the teachings of the Holy Church. This is not because she'd have any particular fondness of them, but simply because she enjoys showing the students just how flawed these doctrines are. This semi-sadistic pleasure seems to be one of the few left for this teacher, as her gloomy aura seems almost everpresent whenever she's around. Some say this is because of the events from five years ago, when she took part in a Holy Grail War in Japan, only to lose miserably, and in the end, even lose the man she had fallen in love with to another woman. Or... that is how the story goes, anyhow.
Her lessons tend to be a bit difficult to follow, as her general presence makes it hard to put any effort into anything.
