Juliana Petronova is one of the Player Characters in Fate/Regalia, a 16-year-old Atlas alchemist hailing from Arkhangelsk, Russia who was summoned to attend Athena Academy, located at OLYMPUS, a floating city somewhere in the skies of South America. She lacks the ability to talk and, as a result, resorts to using her HECATE-phone to communicate with other people.
Personality[]
Juliana can be described as a cheerful, child-like and meek person, although this attitude usually does not manifest in her diction and way of talking, which is articulate and diplomatic, sometimes bordering on being too formal in the context of a casual conversation. She also explicitly stated that she refuses to judge someone by lineage while talking to Gin Ryougi at the bus, and has hints of being very close to her family and clan as seen from the narrative on her posts. However, she also seems to be very vigilant when dealing with enemies, although she lacks hosility against them.
She seemingly had a penchant for having geek-like interests, such as anime, literature and video games, although she never heard of cherry blossom trees and she only first encountered them at Athena Academy. Her interests are coupled with her sedentary actions when inside her room, which gives out impressions of a stereotypical otaku.
History and Background[]
The only revealed information about her background is that the Petronova Clan, where Juliana came from, is very unorthodox in comparison to other Magi families, as they lack the disregard for human life and family expected from their profession. However, it is also implied at they are forced to adapt the outward demeanors of other Magi clans, in fear of being outcast or hunted down by the Association. But despite of their mostly-warm disposition, the clan is not adverse to being pragmatic, therefore they do not have qualms on using firearms on battle.
