Dorm head of the Dead Apostles, and their most powerful member in OLYMPUS. Number 12 Dead Apostle Ancestor who took over after the last one to fill that spot was destroyed by Church. A calm and collected man, whose powers are something that have ended many lives. The White Knight of Dead Apostle Ancestors has infamously bad affinity with him, though on the other hand, obeys every command of the Lord of Blood and Contract. Is known for his connections with ARES.
Feared for his Golden Chain of Reformation, there are many rumors circling about Jacques. Whether a villain or a beneficial figure, it is up to debate by many individuals. However, what has been acknowledged is that whoever associated with him is bound to get tangled up into the maze of shadows this man builds around himself. They whisper that his most famous victim was the old dorm head of the Dead Apostles, whom he got to fight Illerina von Einzbern, dorm head of the Einzbern faction.
It is said that he has the best Vampiric Powers in all of OLYMPUS, but whether this will hold true in the face of Arkuina Brunestud has yet to be seen. A man who is said to be arguably more Demon than Vampire.

Through The Eyes of Madness
Jacques de Florence, at his full power, is nothing short of an otherworldly monster, a nightmarish existence that does not belong to this reality. His very presence, when he allows it to, erodes the reality around him in a manner that a thinner erodes and destroys the logic and reason of paintings. In this form, Jacques is something that those with viewpoints focused on "this universe" are unable to look straight at. The horrors contained within his shadowy form are enough to drive even the greatest magi of modern times insane. Whenever this Perk is activated, the one looking at Jacques is given 1 Turn for every Rank in END they possess. When these Turns run out, the viewer becomes temporarily insane. However, even at A-rank of END, looking Jacques straight into the eyes is an uphill battle achieved only through greatest of efforts.
